Buttercloth accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days, of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise (with all packaging components included and black tag attached).

A pre-paid shipping label will be provided at no charge. Initial shipping charge is not refundable. 

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
